By accessing and using Šemû Live ("the Service"), operated by Seen Place LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Šemû Live provides AI-powered sermon transcription and coaching feedback for pastors and ministry leaders. The Service analyzes uploaded sermon audio to provide constructive feedback on preaching style, structure, and delivery.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of sermon analysis and pastoral development. You may not:

• Upload content that is not your own or that you don't have rights to use
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Content & Privacy

• You retain ownership of all sermon content you upload
• We process your content solely to provide the analysis service
• Audio files are deleted after processing; only transcripts and analysis are retained
• We do not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., transcription and AI analysis providers)

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. AI-Generated Content

The coaching feedback provided by Šemû Live is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:

• AI feedback is advisory and should not replace human mentorship
• Results may vary based on audio quality and content
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Seen Place LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
